Suitcase Drive : Cases for Love

It all started as an idea from Cincinnati public relations specialist, Julie Phillippi-Whitney.  She saw a story on ABC News about a community in Virginia that was collecting suitcases for foster children so they wouldn’t have to carry their belongings in garbage bags.

The response from Greater Cincinnati has been tremendous.  Companies jumped on board by donating backpacks and duffel bags left over from their events.  Sibcy Cline offices throughout the tri-state challenged each other with great results in many local offices including Eastgate, Western Hills, and Campbell County.

Every Cincinnati television station and The Enquirer have carried stories about the suitcases for love.  We believe we will have enough pieces of luggage to share with other counties including Montgomery and Green.

We cannot thank everyone enough for thier support.

If you have a new or gently used suitcase, please take it to any Sibcy Cline office to make a difference in the lives of children in foster care.  We appreciate your help.
