Update: Ohio Worker Benefits Portal (Medicaid system) will be unavailable March 21-26; CRIS-E down for short time, too

The Ohio Worker Benefits Portal will be down for maintenance from 6 p.m. March 21 until 6 a.m. March 26 for maintenance. Hamilton County Job and Family Services will be unable to access cases during business hours on March 22 and March 23. Consumers will be unable to access Medicaid information or cases throughout the entire shutdown.

Information pertaining to Ohio Works First (OWF) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) cases will unavailable for a short portion of the shutdown, from Wednesday, March 21, at 5:30 p.m. through Thursday, March 22 at 9 a.m. Outside of that time frame, information on these cases will be available.

The shutdown will help prepare the system to integrate information pertaining to OWF and SNAP consumers.
