Food and cash assistance case information unavailable from Aug. 23 to Aug. 27

Please be aware Hamilton County Job and Family Services will begin processing all food assistance and cash assistance cases in a new computer system later this month and it will result in a temporary shutdown of service.

In preparation for the conversion, the agency’s computer system will be unavailable from Aug. 23 to Aug. 27. The agency will be unable to process food and cash assistance cases, make case updates or provide information about cases. 

Business should resume as normal on Aug. 28.
