Case information unavailable from Aug. 23 to Aug. 27

Please be aware Hamilton County Job and Family Services will experience a temporary shutdown of services this week as it begins processing all food assistance and cash assistance cases in a new computer system.

The agency’s computer system will be unavailable from Aug. 23 to Aug. 27 in order to convert to the new system. The agency will be unable to process any assistance cases, make case updates or provide information about cases. However, HCJFS will remain open for business on those days to conduct interviews (via paper), accept verifications, etc.

Business should resume as normal on Aug. 28.

Thank you for your patience.
