Two HCJFS employees were among seven honored on Fountain Square Thursday as County Heroes.

Child Care Team Leader Judy Leonard was given the Professional Achievement Award
for her work on the Medicaid expansion project. Her work in managing the additional applications led to the state highlighting HCJFS as an example for others to follow.

Tamara Harrison, one of our Children’s Services workers, was honored as the County Hero for going above and beyond for the kids on her caseload.
