Public assistance applications and verification documents can now be scanned at a kiosk in HCJFS’s first floor lobby. The kiosk is available for use between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The system is free and easy to use. Individuals will be able to scan their own documents directly into HCJFS’s system, meaning the documents will be almost immediately available to caseworkers. Original documents are immediately returned and a receipt will be printed for each submitted document. To learn more, please read this month’s Update.
