The Ohio Department of Medicaid is conducting a telephone survey of Ohio’s Medicaid consumers.
Hamilton County residents may receive a call regarding their experience with the Medicaid program. The call will come from a company called RTI International and the number 866-558-0776. The company is calling on behalf of the Ohio Department of Medicaid.
Prior to receiving the call, participants should also receive an e-mail providing additional details about the survey. The survey will ask a few general questions about the Medicaid recipient and their experience with the program. Those who choose not to participate will not be penalized in any way.
