Street Work to Hinder Access to JFS Building

Streetcar work will begin around the JFS building next week and could be disruptive to those trying to access the building.

Please contact the agency if you need assistance in accessing the building. You can send a request to greggb@jfs.hamilton-co.org.

Work is expected to be all day and into the night. Here is what is planned:

  • On Oct. 6, Main Street, on the west side of the building, will be reduced to one lane. The bus stop will be removed. The turn lane from Central Parkway to Main Street will be pushed over.
  • On Oct. 13, Central Parkway will be shut down at Sycamore.  There will be no traffic in front of the building. The detour will be down Sycamore to 7th Street and back up to the restricted Main St.
  • On Oct. 20, Central Parkway will open back up except for the lanes along the grass median.

Please take this into consideration when planning trips to and from the building.
