Hamilton County Job and Family Services Director Moira Weir won the 2019 Community Action Agency David Crowley Board Award. David Crowley dedicated his life to social services and community action. The David Crowley Board Award is presented to a Community Action Agency (CAA) Board Member who exemplifies commitment to supporting children and families in our community.
