Conduent, the Ohio Direction Card vendor, has notified the state of Ohio that there is card outage because of a hardware issue at the company. Clients who receive food assistance cannot use their cards for purchases at this time.
The company is unclear when the outage will be resolved. We will provide updates as soon as we receive notice from Conduet.
