Benefit Bridge application
Hamilton County Benefit Bridge
The Hamilton County Benefit Bridge program is designed to help families, who experience a reduction or loss of SNAP benefits due to wage increases, continue their path to self-sufficiency. This 18- month program is intended to support stability needed to maintain employment, gain skills needed to move into higher paying positions, and become self-sufficient. Losing benefits such as SNAP (food assistance) or publicly funded childcare may require difficult adjustments that this program can help you to overcome. Benefit Bridge offers incentives, job retention and advancement, job and education coaching, peer mentoring, financial literacy, training certifications and community referrals for social services, legal, and mental health services. Benefit Bridge is not a financial assistance or an entitlement program. If you would like to be considered for our program, please fill out the information below. Once we have received your application, a peer mentor will reach out to you within one week to get you scheduled for an assessment.
