HCJFS recognized for processing times

Just this morning, at the FNS Midwest Partners for Program Improvement conference in Grand Rapids, Mich., Hamilton County received an award for having the highest metro county application processing timeliness for 2017 with a rate of 98.67%.

This is a regional award which covers six states: Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan and Minnesota. It’s for timeliness of processing all applications and reapplications for Food Assistance. FAA 3 Team Leader Kyle Krumel accepted the award for Hamilton County.

Chief Operating Officer Tim McCartney said: “This award represents all the hard work and dedication to timeliness by the FAA staff. Great, great job!”
