Kroger construction will close lanes, sidewalks starting in October.

Construction catty-corner to the HCJFS office at 222 E. Central Parkway will lead to the closure of lanes of traffic and sidewalks starting in October. Visitors to the building should be aware of the potential closings. 

Construction of a new building to house a Kroger store, apartments and parking will take about two years.  During that time, lanes and sidewalks along Court and Walnut Streets and Central Parkway will be closed intermittently.
