Applying for benefits just got easier

I have some great news for people who need to fill out a form for us.

Just this week, we launched electronic signatures. That means clients can apply for our programs online and sign their applications electronically. This applies to applications for OWF, SNAP, Medicaid and Child Care.

No more printing out an application, signing it and sending it back to us. These electronically submitted applications go directly into our document management system. We receive them almost immediately.

This is so much easier for people applying for benefits, but it’s also easier and more efficient for our employees who process the applications.

Thanks to our Child Care and Information Systems staffs for making this happen and for always being mindful of improving customer service.
