- If you serve as an Authorized Representative you must have been previously registered with HCJFS.

- If you are contacting HCJFS on behalf of a prospective or current recipient of HCJFS services and have not been designated as an Authorized Representative with this Agency, we will not be able to answer your questions at this time.
