Current Mail and Application Processing Times

The following information is designed to help you understand how quickly we are processing information and mail sent to our office, so you can get a better idea of when changes you report may be processed or your application may be scheduled for review.

As of 12/5/2023 we are processing:

• Mail and faxes received on 12/4/2023  * Mail and faxes are routed to workers and units responsible for scheduling appointments or determining eligibility resulting from applications or reported changes.

For new applications for cash and food assistance, we are scheduling appointments on 12/9/2023 for applications received through 12/4/2023.

For new applications for Medicaid, we are currently determining eligibility for applications dated 9/18/2023.
