Current Mail, Application and Connection Processing Times
The following information is designed to help you understand how quickly we are processing information and mail sent to our office, so you can get a better idea of when changes you report may be processed or your application may be scheduled for review.
On 9/28/2023, we will be processing:
- Applications received on 8/17/2023
- Child Care Connections received on 9/27/2023
- Faxes and mail received on 9/27/2023
Please note it may take up to 30 days to process an application. We scan and electronically route faxes/mail received to caseworkers for review within 3 to 5 business days. Mail is reviewed and updated by caseworkers in the order received with case changes made within 30 days.
